Month of Feb

Went to watch CJ7 with Jun Hao, Shan and Qing before i watched P.S I love you.. The story line is quite funny... hahha..and that creature is quite cute. Every time an experiment doesnt work out, coincidentally I will be watching movie. Looks like God has a good way to distress me and help me relax. That day we went to River Ang Bao to watch the CHingay 2008 rehearsal before the actual begins on Sat.

It was a great outing with Yuli, SiLing, Becca, LayCheng, Saren, JunHao, YuanQing, Shan and most importantly Elkan. =) I love hanging out with them.. They just made my day. =) Thanks guys.. you all rocks..

P.S I love you

Met up with Yuan Qing yesterday together with my dearest Shan and Saren. They are simply awesome. I know that its a little tight for you guys yet you guys still made all these happened. Thank you loads..
The movie was fantastic.

After the movie, we went for a short supper. Saren insisted in paying, =) she is just too sweet. Hmm.... makes me feel really bad sometimes, I want to be a MILLIONAIRE who can be a blessing to others!! Feel inspired by Saren, her generous heart. Not forgetting my dear shan.. she is so cute. She took my phone due to her concern that I will lose the phone, but forgot to return to me even after we bidded each other goodbye. The two sweet friends of mine came back to the original station-SOmerset after I gave Saren a call to inform her that I lost my phone. My careless act resulted to both returning home late. Yet through all these, I am really thankful for these lovely angels God had placed in my life. God I love you. It was a wonderful day

Long and Fruitful Day Thank You God.

Finally..

On the faithful day 1st Feb 2008, i received a sms saying, " Hi I have just received your sms". I alsmost fainted. That was the day I sent Wang Liang a sms asking him for help, to take out the agar plate that I have put in the oven the day before. Stormed around the mind were thoughts of hopeless and helplessness. Anxiety gulfed up my mind. 1 month time, to the submission of the first draft of the FYP. I almost have lost hope. Probably it weren't had been so bad if not for that sms, I was in a state of shock whilst waiting for Rachel to bath after her Cake Fight on the 21st Birthday Celebration. Around me were a group of good friends who were there for me--> Jo, Yuli & Stan.

Headed home met Xue Ping online. I just want to thank you for encouraging me and to keep on keeping on. I would have lost heart, if not for the possibilities and hope brought about through this conversation. Thank you for even volunteering to do part of my experiment for me. so that was ont he faithful Friday night..

Friday night, I dreamt of my enzymes.. (what a dream)

The faithful Monday came when I finally take a look at the plate. Was horrified by the size of the colonies.. Hahha.. it was a talk-about throughout all my FYP mates. We had a crazy laugh together. I just love Ya Xuan, Hui Qing, Cindy & Xue Ping. You guys are truly awesome.

God is so cool man.. Know what on Tuesday I am supposed to pick up the colonies for transformation so that I can do my miniprep the next day. Transformation has to be for 12hours. So when I arrived at the door step, I almost collapsed when I see the door locked, lights out: Wang Liang had left for home. Yet, at the same time there was a peace which I don't understand. Situation looks negative, Looks like I can only do my experiement after CNY..and if that were to happen, it would be quite terrible. That Peace that guards my heart keeps telling me that everything will be ok. I trusted the still small voice. Went to look for another pG student, Chen Yu. He said that Prof would have the keys. Getting really excited, I headed up in the office, prayed that she would be in the office. Stormed up the stairs...had the Peace. Gave it a knock on the door...She replied "Come in". Thankful. Got the keys!!!! Hurrray!! Started my experiment with Anqi's help.. =) Looking at the miserable number of colonies of the plate, its seemingly lesser chance of geeting a positive results again, oh well, prayer works!!!

Wednesday was the day when I had to wake up so early. Hhaha 6am to head to the lab to collect the plate that I had left overnight on tuesday. A little scary since the whole building only had me and the cleaner aunty...730 am in the LAB is scary man.. nobody, not even footsteps..Tired.

Did the miniprep, and run the electrophoresis...it was my FInal LAP...--> If there is results on electrophoresis, all this would have been worth while... 1 hour to the end of the process.. God you got to help me this time round. God is faithful. I got it!!! =) A good news on CHU XI!!
