Shirt from Gan Ma ( AUntY Lai Lin) This is quite an amzing gift. Who is Aunty Lai Lin? She is my mum's friend. SHe was the one who helped to make up for me when I went for So YOu Think You Can SIng. And I dunno how she recently decided to be my gan ma. I met her at the train station while she was on her way to do some shopping. She came knocking at my door at 1130pm, all excited, with her 2 sons, and handled this gift to me. Is this cool or is this cool?

Final Year Project
Finally started the project after much DISCUSSION. Thank God =) In FYP group there are a few friends that are placed in my life..

Some times we can really feel quite bad about only approaching our friends when we needed help..I guess most of us can identify with that. In my FYP meetings this year, sometimes I can really feel pretty stressed up because of the expectation I have placed upon myself with comparison to progress of the rest. Being a Green Horn in this area, neither train nor remember anything about all the Biology stuff, it can be quite an inertia to do the project. AMongst the midst of all the little struggles are beautiful friends who helped. Two of which I truly appreciate are Suat Peng and Ya Xuan. They are really selfless about helping me. Of course not forgeting Hui Qing who always bring so much joy to us too. Smiles. I guess they really make the difference in my FYP, without their help, probably I would be wandering in my FYP not starting yet.

Just last friday, an amazing incident happened to me. That day was my second day in school doing the project. Being rather caught up with finding the right type of Alcohol Dehydrogenase that Bacillus Cereus is, and thinking about the appreciation CG, and the draft report I had to type, I was very much in a restless mode. At 230pm I actually misplaced my wallet in one of the toilet cubicles of Civil Eng Block N1. I was on the phone then, so i totally forgot about my wallet.

At 7pm, after bidding goodbye to Hui Qing and Ya Xuan, I hopped on the 179 bus, then to realize that my wallet was missing. Immediately alighted from the bus, I headed back to the Lab. Its not there. The two girls were having fun with the pipette tubes and were rather surprise at my turn up. The last seen image of the wallet flashed across my mind. In the toilet... I thought to myself.

I started praying. Every single level's female toilet i went, the wallet was no where to be seen. Somehow I wasn't panicking, I felt this peace. I knew it was the Holy Spirit. I had the assurance that the wallet was found. Yet on the other hand, my mind tells me that nobody in the right mind will not take the wallet since it was with quite an amount of money. Trust God, sze..

Headed back to the Lab, I told myself. Now what? Whats next? The wallet no where to be found, the peace in my heart is there.. so what to do? =) Ya Xuan volunteered to look for it again with me through every single toilet. What amazes me was her patience, her care. Ya Xuan, went every level with me.Somehow during this situation, God gave this friend to be with me. Contented. Of course, thankful to her. Just very thankful. I mean, not a lot of people will go high and low with you. Well, no where to be found, further reinstated my finding.

She gave a suggestion which I never will think of. Email Miss Yang?? Hahaha Seems a little ridiculous to me. Well, I obeyed. I turn on my labtop, and email. I saw an Email

"FOUND WALLET"

Flooded with Joy. God You are always right. =) Everything was intact. A wallet that gone missing for 5hours, everything was intact. Your word is true, You will protect me and my possession. I love you Lord.

This year, the drama team worked hard to put together such a drama as these to bring the original idea behind christmas to the world, give it up for the drama team..

I dedicate the run to God =)

Nice Run Sze~!! The decision to pick up the Asics Shoes was finalized by the provocation of the unkempt fats and the inspiration from Danny, Jia En, Christine and Lilian. Time to pick up the passion again.. 4.6K after a period of no-run for approximately 2 months. Thumbs up..

The time was 1040pm. The short run started from Hui Mei's house. The first round around the mini estate was energetic, fun and relaxing. The breeze was just perfect. Smelt the forest, the wind. A pleasant surprise to find a female jogger in her late forties running near me, obviously thankful for a pacer and for the momentum in running.

The Lord spoke to me about discipline(behavior in accord with rules of conduct; behavior and order maintained by training and control). Discipline takes self control but bears forth the desirable results. I always had this thinking that I can run, I am an above average runner, well, that was the pride of a Ex-Basketballer, Ex-Squasher, Ex-jogger, and therefore explains how the provocation works. The Lord impressed upon my heart once again, during this run, that it is the journey that matters more than anything else. I love the end point when me and rosie run our last 100m down the MacRitchie Slope hand in hand donkey years back, I love the perspiration, I love the accomplishment, I love the persistence the stamina, I love the tears after the mutilple stitches, I love the friends who ran together with me like Nicholas (miss u big time bro), cynthia( miss you dearly).I love Cedar, I love the power of Unity, I love the Sportsmanship.I will keep on running this race.

I love this verse..2Tim4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have run the race and I have kept my fatih.

Just a wonderful day given by God...

Met Stan this morning for the breakaway camp mascot making. I was just very amazed by his attitude. He cancelled an appointment with friends to Dota, Laning, something which he long desired to go, for the sake of this mascot making session. The decision attributed to one reason--putting God first. Little sacrifices like this do inspire me to love God more. Stan, thanks a lot.

We waited from 1130am-230pm, there to realize that the time had been changed. Went a couple of places, to City Hall, to Paradiz Center, to the Cathay.. without an umbrella, haha, we were freezing cold, a little wet while trying to navigate ourself back from Paradiz to PLaza. It was a fun and simple outing with Stan =)

Onwards, headed to the FYP with Prof JRR. (sounds like Lord of the Rings) A bubbly professor, she brought forth so much life in a restricted area of the meeting room. The discussion brought me done a little when she asked me if I wanted to change a project which I already embarked on for the past 8 months. Unwilling, I persisted on my original idea, and scheduled another personal meeting with her. Hopefully I will be able to start the experiment soon. I am the only one left...*shrugs* Well, shake of some self pity over here, time to buck up and present something awesome. Smiles. Thank God for His presence.

Left for Bible Study. It was awesome. It was about legalism. I enjoyed myself tremendously with the revelations and the encouragement given by God. Well, at the end of the day, its not about how long we pray, how much we read the bible, its about a relationship with God. =)

There was a little sweet someone who bought me Mini Donuts. Simply touched by the little acts of love by this person. Felt doted. Thanks Jo.

Went home with another angel, Hui Mei. Forever so edifying, and always been there for me.
