As my Dad stepped into the house, my little sis shouted excitedly at him, "Daddy you gonna be a grandpa soon!" Man.. My Dad got a shock!! Grandpa? where on earth? Is it me or is it her? hahaha
Yes Little Hammy gave birth to 4 hammy juniors!Wow. They are reddish, rubbery looking creatures hiding under the warmth of little Hammy.
First time witnessing new born hammies, everone of us in the household got super excited and began staring into the cage, forgetting that Little Hammy might eat up all Hammy juniors when she felt threatened. Everyone started peering into that mini cage, probably to Hammy there seemed to be 4 towering giants outside her house. Thank God she didnt eat them up! hahahah.. Currently we still can't touch her yet, can only supply water and food, covered up the cage with a cloth and let them continue growing!!
Little surprises like this always seem to brighten up our day! Every good gift comes from heaven. smiles! Thank God for this pleasant surprise that brought so much joy to our family!
