Finally find the chance and the mood to blog again. Tdy is Tuesday, and I am in the officer of Singtel once again. What has been happening since 23 Oct? Hmm…
I went for a camp. I started a new temporary job, went overseas for a short trip.

Extremely impacted by what Bro Bob shared during Bible Study last week. It’s about prayer. It’s a comprehensive bible study; if we take the time to expound and study he said we can start a seminar on prayer. =)

There are 3 different ways in which we can pray: 1) Psalm 23 2) The Lord’s Prayer 3) The Tabernacle prayer. Praying and meditating through the verses really helped me to draw closer to God. Many of us have the misconception that the Spirit-world is in the 2nd heaven, that for us to get to God, we have to tarry for God to come from the heaven and then to our rooms and finally we can experience Him. That’s wrong. Bible says that God is closer to us than the air that we breathe. Between us and God is separated not by distance, but by the distractions, the worries, the negative thoughts and Satan. All we have to do is to put to captive these things that exalt itself against God. When cast all these down, God is actually right in front of us. Sometimes things just veiled our vision. Our mind has to be subjected to the Word.
There is power in the blood of Jesus; power to overcome sickness, curses and Satan. Believing, visualizing and confessing. When you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth, nothing is impossible.
I AM GOING TO GET A JOB with 2.8 & above and I AM GOING TO GET BAPTIZE THIS SATURDAY 15 NOV 2008!The Morning Prayer was awesome.
It takes discipline to pray. It really does when nobody tells you to. I shall make it happen this wed and the remaining of the week.

The trip to Batam was truly awesome, besides the shopping I really enjoyed talking and spending time with my parents and cousins especially jiejie. We had a great time sharing.

We talked about relationships. Sometime that can really entangle us up if it’s the wrong relationship. Cal was saying that in every relationship, we always learn and grow, he is right. It’s not too long to stop something rather than to put up it for a life time I supposed. Getting attached for the sake of getting one will only gain temporal pleasure, what remains after that is the dread of maintenance since one is a taker and the other is a giver.

Well, besides the fellowship. I had a great time feasting! =p Oops, haven’t been exercising. Can I wait until Asia conference then I start exercising? (Mode of procrastination) I finally bought my black polo shirt with the number! I bought an interesting cap at $5 too. Smiles. Guess what girls? Fake lashes are going for less than 50cents in Indo. Shoes are fairly cheap ($20 odd).

Thank God for this Blessing!! Thank God for the entire trip. Thank God for my mum and my dad especially. They are truly my blessing. I must be thankful once again.

Job Search
Been looking, sending resume as many as I know how, I will leave the rest to God.
I need Your grace, not just dependent on certs and qualifications.
Yesterday I just went for an interesting interview at EPchem International. I thought I went to the wrong company. What really caused me to be startled was the huge Chinese statue standing at the door. The door was those ancient Chinese door you would have seen in those Chinese drama. The name of the company was also written in Chinese. I almost fainted. I went in, the PC were huge, those you would find extinct. =p No flat screen at all, those rounded back ones. LOLs. I prayed, I don’t want to work there man. The walls were painted in dull grey, together with the rainy weather, looks like everybody is quite dead. I proceeded to the 4th floor for the real interview. The HR manager looked very tired. The amount she offered is way too low.

Hmm.. I guess I can trust God for better ones. God, I really need Your grace now!! Well, still thankful at least I have an interview for me to learn something new rather than staying in the office. Smiles.

I went for another interview with PeopleSearch, a consultancy firm. A lady by the name of Jessica suggested being a recruitment consultant to me. I guess the remuneration and the commission seems attractive, just the jobs prospect. It wouldn’t be something I want to take up life long.

Waiting for more to come! I just need the ONE, settles all. God, Grace grace grace!!! =) Your grace is more than sufficient for me.
Well, if You have given the vision, You will then give the provision. Believing for another breakthrough for this time of A & B!!!! Breakthrough. In this A&B, we got to have a vision for giving.
I am believing God for family salvation, finding a great job with great remuneration & promotion, CG to multiply, my baptism! =) SMiles

The Fajar camp

It was an interesting camp which I had with the Fajarians! Elev8 2008. My team name was called “ZaiGang”. We ‘re zai! Lols. The students were really interesting. On the first day we went to the Hort Park, in search of the Henderson waves bridge and the metal bridge. Man, this was really my first time going up the metal bridge. The look down from the bridge through the grilling really freaked me out, it was really HIGH. Really enjoyed myself. Smiles, the SUN was greaaaat!!

I love the students, of whom we have (let’s see if I can remember all of them) KaiFang, Angie, Qian Yi, Fabian, Qiu Xuan, Xin Ming, Hui Rong, Lee Woon, Sujeet, Swee Wee, Joshua, Jing Hong & lastly Bo Guang. We took many pictures on the bridge, we are singing “I’m Yours” all the way.

Well, the wrong route that made us walked 1.7 km the bridge is really a test of our stamina. Ms Lim was fantastic. I looked at the way she sacrificed her lunch for the children really convicted me to love people more man.

Prior the bridge we were at the foot of the hill doing our jigsaw puzzle (it was gross!) so long, it took us 40 min. I have concluded that I am just not talented with Jigsaw. Jiejie can do it much better.

Poor Qian Yi was bitten by an insect I believed during that time. His hand swelled like dinosaur (what an apt description!)

When we headed back the Labrador campsite, all of us were tired to the max. I had fun. Enjoyed myself. Now tasked to come up with the 5 min campfire item, this was something I really hated in my history of being a camp facilitator. The rest who were dead, half-dead, were not really keen on this! Tell the truth I was quite irritated, I wanted to “disciple” them, thank God He taught me to encourage and to love.

That was something I learnt. I learnt to encourage and to love. That was what happened during debrief. On the faithful 2nd day of the camp, we were all excited to head to the Safra swimming pool, we had exciting pool games thanks to Vic, Shalynn, Eden and Alvin for their awesome planning. But that was where I lost my beloved N80!! My elephant was lost!! :’( Sobs.
The thief switched off my phone, and there goes my elephant. Terminated the line.
(Buddy thanks for your phone and your sacrifice. Really appreciate you to bitssss!! =) Thanks for even offering to travel down just to pass me your phone.)
On the friday night, Jess came. I was really happy to see her here man. Really.. Smiles. She is my soul support. Lols. Of course not forgeting Jing, Pris and Kee wei.
Kee wei was really HIGH man. He started to play te guitar and singing self-composed songs with FOOD names??!! He is mad. We had fun.. Joke of the day: Kee wei woke up in the morning, was about to brush his teeth and realized that the thing he held in his hand wasn't a toothbrush but a HIGHLIGHTER! Wahahaha =p

We broke camp on Sat morning! Greaat Camp!! Just wanna thank God for lovely people like Fang & Angie. Without them, it wouldn't have been as fun. Thank you ANgie for lending me your toilet before going for service. Thank God =) SMiles..
