The Spiritual Leader

John15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

I am on a new book "The Spiritual Leader". Its really an awesome book. To keep ourselves fed, we have to have a healthy dose of good books. =)

A leader is someone who takes initiative, inspires and take responsibility.

A leader is simply someone who brings others from Point A to B. He must first been to Point B before knowing how to bring the rest there...

Pst Ulf mentioned that "A Christian leader cannot just strive to be spiritual himself. It is essential for him to have been on the mountain, but it is a tragedy if he is unable to bring others into the land that he has been. Moses, with all his revelation and experience of great miracles, did not enter into the promise land. Joshua experienced nowhere near as many miracles as and had not met God to such a high degree as Moses, yet he was the one who got the people to follow him into the Promised Land. His leadershipship ability was on a different level."

Looking from 2 different perspectives....

1. I must be a leader who leads by example. Like what Cal says, I can inspire the rest.
2. My future partner must be the Leader.
